- Sisal, seagrass, jute, coir
- Woven Vinyl Flooring
- 100% Wool
- Commercial carpets
Venetian Blind specializes in flat weave carpets. Popular green and sustainable products included.
Sisal – is made from the fibers of the sisal plant, a type of agave plant that is primarily grown in Brazil. Sisal has a distinctive tan, beige, and creamy white color that naturally comes from the plant fibers. This fiber is recommended for indoor use and not in areas that will get liquid spills. It soils easily and is very absorbent, however if soiling does occur a dry powder cleaner such as Capture or Host is recommended. Venetian Blind also offers sisal guard and a sealant to provide protection against soiling. Regular vacuuming is all that is needed to keep sisal carpeting in good shape.
Seagrass –is highly stain and soil-resistant plus strong and durable. It is also good in high traffic areas. The natural color varies from pale khaki to pale green. Great for those who are looking for a durable, sustainable, nontoxic alternative to synthetic carpets and rugs! It is also good for people with allergies and asthma. Unlike synthetic materials, it won’t off-gas and will contribute to the air quality in the home. Renewable, biodegradable, sound absorbent, soft underfoot, and anti-static. To clean, vacuuming and blotting spills quickly is all you need.
Woven Vinyl - flooring is easy to install, requires low maintenance, adds luxury and beauty to any space, and is available in a vast array of colors. Heavy traffic rated, lightweight, and incredibly easy to clean. Great for stylish area rugs. The perfect fit for interior or exterior spaces, these rugs combine classic beauty with sustained durability.
